Our customers are sometimes shocked to find we don’t charge extra to come out and survey your site. In fact we pride ourselves on this being all part of our service. We are confident that our service level and pricing are unrivalled so we don’t need to charge extra to simply come out and provide you with a quote.

As with all services there is an element of trust involved in providing them. We typically require a £100 deposit for orders of less than £500. The deposit is then 25% for anything over this amount. The balance will then be due on the date of delivery.

Of course. Marquees these days are built for most surfaces including concrete but the setup will be different depending on the surface. For hard ground where the tent can’t be pegged down, it will be necessary to use heavy weights to anchor the structure. This will make it just as secure as erecting the marquee on grass or other softer ground.

People often get confused when we refer to a party tent as a marquee or party marquee or vice versa. Actually, they all refer to the same thing and we tend to use both to describe them. In the UK most people tend to call them marquees but then we also use ‘party tent’ so that we don’t exclude other audiences from elsewhere in the world who might refer to them as party tents.

We prefer to arrive at least one and ideally 2 days before your event to allow time for you to get everything set up. Sometimes events may take longer than this to organise and we can discuss this with you depending on your requirements for the event. When your event is finished, you won’t have to worry about when we will be back to dismantle your marquee. This will typically be within 1 or 2 days

During our call or site visit we will discuss with you in great detail what your requirements are. The process will be made easier if you can measure the site then find out how many guests will need to be catered for. You should then leave a decent amount of extra space so you can cope with any unexpected guests or if you need some extra room on the day. The last thing you want is to opt for a marquee that is too small to accommodate everyone. We are also used to dealing with spaces that aren’t perfect squares if your setting happens to be another shape.
